  1. Barney

Following your efficient project with some fascination, especially your careful melding of the Haiku’s lines into dazzling CNC pixels.

By contrast, I’m on the slow road and going ‘old-school’. Five years ago I bought Iain’s plans for the Humble Bee, to be used as a sailing and rowing tender for my old 27′ GRP cutter. Last year I made the building-frame and moulds. Yesterday I ordered three boards of Okoume ply, and reckon to have her rigged about the time Kent slips under water.

All power to your fingertips and your elbow,

  2. I am a new member of Wooden Boat forum. I found your build while rooting around. I own a Munroe Egret. I am in the process of trying to figure out how to fix the leaks in the centerboard trunk. Your pics and construction techniques are helpful and I congratulate you on a job so well done. You are so talented.
